Email us
Write to site.works.contact@gmail.com.
This site has no contact form, no support desk and no account system, and it does not ask for your name, email address or payment details. Only the message you choose to send us by email reaches us.
What we can help with
- Reports of calculation errors, or explanations that are unclear or wrong
- Accessibility problems with a page
- Questions about the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use
- Requests about information related to you (see the Privacy Policy)
- Suggestions for the calculators
We cannot give tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and we cannot tell you what your marketplace, payment provider or carrier charges. Check those with the provider or a qualified adviser.
What to include
These details help us look into a problem quickly:
- The page you were using, such as the Markup Calculator.
- The values you entered, or the shared link, and the result you expected.
- Your browser and device, if the problem was about how the page looked or behaved.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, payment card or bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information. We will never need them.
A shared link contains the numbers you entered. If those figures are confidential, describe the problem in words or use made-up numbers that show the same issue.
Email is not a secure channel, and your message and address are handled by the email provider. How we treat messages is described in the Privacy Policy.
